Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Greek seasoning blend, or Oregano
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Chopped Parsley, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the yogurt, olive oil, garlic, Greek seasoning, lemon zest, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  2. Place the chicken in a zip-top plastic bag and pour in the yogurt mixture. Massage the bag to ensure the chicken is well coated and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill and serve garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes

Marinating the chicken longer will intensify the flavor.
Feel free to substitute Greek seasoning blend with your favorite herbs.
Make sure to let the chicken rest before slicing for extra juiciness.
