- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 oz taco seasoning
- 2/3 cup water
- 8 oz refried beans
- 1/4 cup taco sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

- 1 1/2 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400º F.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef while breaking it apart. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Cook until the water is absorbed.
- Roll the dough out onto a lined baking tray or a greased tray sprinkled with cornmeal. Pierce the dough with a fork and bake for about 8 minutes. Remove from the oven.
- In a bowl, mix refried beans with taco sauce and spread the mixture over the par-baked pizza crust.
- Spread the taco meat evenly over the bean mixture.

- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and crushed Doritos.
Notes
You can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
Add jalapeños for extra spice if desired.
Serve with sour cream or guacamole on the side for extra flavor.
