Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lbs pork chops* bone-in
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon rosemary fresh, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 5 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375° F and prepare a 9×13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the pork chops in the pan.
- Combine dijon mustard, rosemary, garlic, honey, and butter in a small bowl. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the butter melts completely.
- Pour half of the mixture over the pork chops, spreading it with the back of a spoon.
- Turn the pork chops over and apply the remaining sauce on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 150-160° F.
- Once done, take the pan out of the oven, cover with foil, and allow the chops to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Letting the pork chops rest after cooking helps to retain their juices for a more flavorful bite.
Feel free to add your favorite herbs or spices to customize the flavor of the sauce.
Serve with a side of vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
