- 1 pound lean ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion, minced garlic, diced sweet potatoes, and diced poblano pepper—sauté for 6-8 minutes until they start to soften.

- Stir in the fire-roasted diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and chopped green olives. Bring to a simmer.
- Lower the heat, cover, and let it simmer for 12-15 minutes, until sweet potatoes are tender and flavors meld together.
- Finish by stirring in fresh lime juice just before serving.
Notes
Feel free to substitute ground turkey with plant-based options for a healthier alternative.
Adjust the spice levels by adding more crushed pepper flakes if you enjoy a kick.
