This homemade Celery Juice is refreshing and packed with flavor. With simple prep using celery, lime, and green apple, it’s an ideal drink for a quick boost or a healthy start to your day.

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches celery, cleaned, chopped
  • 1 lime, chopped, skin on or off
  • 1 green apple, cored, chopped
  • ½ cup water, if using blender


Instructions

  1. Trim the top and bottom ends of the celery bunches and wash thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt.
  2. If using a juicer, feed the cleaned and chopped celery, chopped lime, and chopped green apple through the juicer. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
  3. If using a blender, add the cleaned and chopped celery, chopped lime, chopped green apple, and water into the blender. Blend well for 2-3 minutes, then strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or mesh strainer to remove pulp. Serve immediately or store in a lidded jar.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor and nutrition.
This juice can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days in a sealed container.
For added sweetness, consider including another apple or a small piece of ginger.
