- 1 pound spaghetti noodles
- 24 ounces garlic Alfredo sauce
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella divided
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 pound ground beef
- 24 ounces spaghetti sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray and set it aside.
- Cook the spaghetti noodles al dente according to the package instructions. Rinse them under cold water and drain thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, mix together the Alfredo sauce, 2 cups of shredded mozzarella, milk, dried oregano, and dried parsley until well combined. Add the drained spaghetti noodles and toss to coat completely. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain the excess grease. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and mix well. Spread the beef mixture over the Alfredo noodle mixture in the dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil, top with the remaining mozzarella cheese, and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
You can add vegetables, such as bell peppers or mushrooms, to the beef mixture for added nutrition.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
