  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pounds chicken legs


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together all the seasonings: salt, pepper, onion powder, poultry seasoning, and paprika.
  3. Pat the chicken legs dry with paper towels. Place them on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, rubbing it in thoroughly.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken legs on all sides.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for the last 5 minutes of baking.
