- 2 large garlic cloves, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add oil.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, stirring frequently.
- In the skillet, add chicken broth, cornstarch, salt, and pepper, whisk until smooth.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Remove the skillet from heat, add Parmesan cheese, and whisk until smooth and melted.
- Stir in the yogurt until the sauce is creamy and smooth. Serve with your choice of noodles or chicken.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more or less chicken broth.
For a lower calorie option, swap Parmesan with a lower-fat cheese.
This sauce pairs well with grilled chicken or vegetables.
