Ingredients

Scale
  • 2-3 large sweet potatoes thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup avocado oil or favorite oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the sweet potatoes and brush off any dirt from the skin.
  2. Slice the potatoes about 1/8” thin using a mandoline slicer.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the sliced sweet potatoes with avocado oil to ensure each slice is coated.
  4. Sprinkle salt over the potato slices and toss again to combine well.
  5. Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook at 200 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
  7. Flip the chips and increase the temperature to 350 degrees, cooking for an additional 5 minutes; keep an eye on them as some may cook faster than others.
  8. Once finished, sprinkle with extra salt if desired.

Notes

For crispiest results, ensure the sweet potato slices are evenly cut.
Experiment with different seasonings like paprika or garlic powder for added flavor.
